We favour Promotion Agreements which provide an alternative approach to the developer’s Option and generates a proven enhanced price over that achieved by the landowner under an Option. Unlike an Option, which development companies will use to discredit the value of your land to buy, we receive a share of the price achieved on the open market. Our objective remains aligned with the landowner throughout. We therefore work with the landowner in order to maximise the price achieved for the land.
