Working in partnership, Edward Ware Homes procured this land from the sale of the former MOD site on Warminster Road. The regeneration of the site creates 204 new homes in the heart of Bath. Using golden Bath Stone and traditional stone masonry practices, this development juxtaposes Bath’s classical architectural heritage with modern living.
Construction started in December 2016; the first phase of homes are now being sold and families are moving in.
